1. Online Application: Applicants must apply online only through the official websites www.islamabadpolice.gov.pk within 15 days from the date of advertisement.
2. Application Fee: A fee of Rs. 1500/- is applicable, comprising Rs. 1000/- for the Islamabad Police Character/Verification Fee and Rs. 500/- for the Recruitment/Documentation Processing Fee.
3. Multiple Post Application: Candidates applying for more than one post must pay a separate fee for each application.
4. Payment Method: Fees should be paid through 1Link 1Bill using any Bank/ATM/Internet Banking/Easy Paisa/Jazz Cash/U Paisa, with a 24-digit PSID generated on the fee slip.
5. Application Submission: Applications submitted by hand, incomplete, received after the closing date, or through courier/email will not be accepted.
6. Accuracy of Information: Applicants must provide accurate information. Providing false information may lead to legal action under sections 420/468/471 PPC, punishable with imprisonment of up to seven years.
7. Affidavit Requirement: Applicants must submit an affidavit confirming no involvement in any criminal case at the time of the interview. Submitting a false affidavit may result in disqualification from future police applications, along with legal consequences.
8. Transgender Applicants: Transgender individuals can apply based on their self-perceived gender identity, as per the Transgender Persons (Protection of Rights) Act, 2018, and the gender mentioned in their CNIC.
9. Government Employees: Eligible government employees can apply through the proper channel.
10. Family Claim Basis: Candidates applying on a family claim basis must provide complete documentation (such as pension book, retirement order, etc.) during the interview.
11. Age Relaxation: There is an upper age relaxation of 05 years as per Federal Government Rules, calculated from the closing date for receiving applications.
