The National Testing Service (NTS) has announced job openings for 2024 through an advertisement, inviting suitable candidates to apply using the prescribed application form. Eligible male and female candidates across Pakistan can apply online according to the organization’s defined procedure. Successful candidates will secure these NTS Jobs 2024 after completing the recruitment process.

Procedure to Submit Application

1. Candidates for Junior Clerk (Sr. No. 01) and Bailiff (Sr. No. 02) must fill out the “Online Job Application Form” and deposit a challan/slip of Rs. 800/- and Rs. 500/- respectively from www.nts.org.pk. Fees can be deposited via 1 Link 1 Bill Participating Banks/ATM/Internet Banking/Mobile Banking/Easy Paisa/Jazz Cash/TCS Express Counter.
2. Candidates for Sr. No. 01 and 02 do not need to send a hard copy of the form and challan to NTS. Keep copies of the application form and challan for future reference. Applications for these posts will not be accepted by hand.
3. Candidates for Sr. Nos. 03 to 08 should send their applications on the prescribed form along with an attested photocopy of CNIC, NOC (if a government servant), and one recent passport-size photograph by post or by hand to the “District & Sessions Judge, Hyderabad” by 24.07.2024, 3:00 PM. Candidates who had applied earlier must reapply.
4. Applications for multiple posts must be submitted separately for each post.
5. The list of eligible and ineligible candidates for Sr. Nos. 01 and 02 will be uploaded on the NTS website and displayed on the Court’s Notice Board. Objections can be raised if any.
6. Female candidates will have equal opportunities to participate.
7. Special quotas (Women, Disabled/Special Persons, Minorities, Deceased/Son quota, etc.) will be observed as per rules/policy.
8. Disabled candidates must submit a CNIC with a wheelchair logo issued by NADRA and a valid Disability Certificate. A five percent disability quota will be strictly observed.
9. Government servants must apply through the proper channel.
10. Government servants with three or more years of service may have the upper age limit extended to 30 years.
11. Over-aged candidates selected based on their qualifications and experience may have their cases submitted to the Hon’ble Chief Justice, High Court of Sindh, Karachi, for age relaxation.
12. Junior Clerk candidates must score 50% or higher on initial tests to be eligible for the skill/typing test conducted by NTS.
13. Bailiff candidates must score 40% or higher on initial tests to be eligible for an interview.
14. Test and interview dates for Sr. Nos. NTS will announce 01 and 02 on their website. Successful candidates’ lists will be displayed on the District & Sessions Court Notice Board.
15. Eligible candidates for Sr. Nos. 03 to 08 will have their list displayed on the Court Notice Board by 30.07.2024, with a schedule for tests/interviews.
16. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for tests/interviews.
17. All candidates must provide their contact numbers and complete postal addresses.
18. Candidates must bring original CNIC, educational documents, domicile/PRC, and applications to the interview.
19. The number of vacancies may be adjusted.
20. No TA/DA will be provided for tests/interviews.
21. The Departmental Selection Committee’s decision is final.
22. Incomplete or late applications will be rejected.
23. External influence will lead to disqualification.
24. The office reserves the right to cancel or withdraw the posts at anytime.

26. The appointment offer will be issued only to those who are fully eligible and have verified documents.
