Latest Ministry of Interior Jobs 2024

The Ministry of Interior has announced jobs for 2024 through an official advertisement. Applications are invited from eligible candidates on the prescribed application form. These latest government jobs are open to qualified male and female candidates nationwide. Interested applicants can apply following the organization’s defined procedure and undergo the complete recruitment process to secure positions in the Interior Ministry for 2024.

How To Apply Online

Mandatory Requirements: Candidates qualifying in written and skill tests must present the following original certificates/documents during the interview:

1. Academic Certificates
2. CNIC issued by NADRA
3. Domicile Certificate
4. Two passport-size photographs with a blue background
5. Affidavit duly countersigned by District Coordination Officer (DCO) for minorities (Non-Muslims)

General Instructions:

1. Applicants must apply online via www.npftas.pk/www.islamabadpolice.gov.pk within 15 days of advertisement publication.
2. Fee: Rs. 1500/- (Islamabad Police Character/Verification Fee Rs. 1000 and Recruitment/Documentation Processing Fee Rs. 500).
3. Each applicant for multiple posts must pay fees separately.
4. Payment via 1Link 1 Bill through any Bank/ATM/Internet Banking/Easy Paisa/Jazz Cash/U Paisa using the 24-digit PSID on your fee slip.
5. Hand-delivered, incomplete, received after the closing date, or courier/email applications will not be accepted. Applicants must provide accurate information; providing false information is punishable under section 420/468/471 PPC with up to seven years imprisonment.
6. Applicants must submit an affidavit of non-involvement in any criminal case at the time of the interview. False affidavits will result in debarment from future police posts and legal action. Transgender individuals can apply according to their self-perceived gender identity and CNIC gender, per the Transgender Persons (Protection of Rights) Act, 2018.
7. Government employees meeting eligibility criteria may apply through the proper channel.
8. Candidates applying on a family claim basis must provide complete documentation (pension book, retirement order, etc.) during the interview.
9. An upper age relaxation of 05 years per Federal Government Rules applies. Age is calculated from the closing date for receipt of applications.
10. Only shortlisted candidates will be invited for written and skill tests.
11. Candidates qualifying in the written and skill tests will proceed to the interview.
12. Candidates appointed for Sr. No. 1, 4 & 5 posts must complete the mandatory IT Training Course of the National Information Technology Board (NITB) during probation.
13. Applicants applying for multiple posts must apply separately.
14. Verification of selected candidates’ character and academic background will occur. Selection will be canceled for falsified information or criminal records, with immediate discharge/dismissal and legal action.
15. Examination center details are available on the ICT Police website; ICT Police designates the applicant’s center.
16. Passing a test/stage qualifies candidates for the next stage only; failure disqualifies them for further steps.
17. Selected candidates must undergo a comprehensive medical examination by the Federal Government medical board/civil surgeon, with disqualification for Hepatitis B & C or other chronic conditions.
18. Selected candidates must adhere to Government Rules/Regulations on conduct, discipline, promotion, retirement, and related matters.
19. No TADA is admissible for written, physical/endurance, skill test, or interview. Candidates receive updates via the application portal/SMS/email.
20. Successful candidates must clear security checks before joining the Islamabad Police.
