The National Disaster Management Authority (NDMA) seeks to hire eligible candidates on a purely contract basis with a lump sum package for 24 months. These contractual posts may be extended based on requirements. The positions will be filled on an open-merit basis.

1. Application Submission: Eligible candidates must send a hard copy of their application by post to P.O. Box No. 3356, GPO, Islamabad within 15 days of this advertisement. 2. Application Envelope: Mention the name of the post applied for in the top right corner of the envelope.
3. Shortlisting: Only shortlisted candidates will be called for a test/interview.
4. Document Verification: Shortlisted candidates must present their original, HEC-attested documents at the interview.
5. Salary Package: The selected candidates will be offered a competitive lump-sum monthly package based on their skills and experience.
6. Late Applications: Applications received after the due date will not be considered.
7. Management Rights: NDMA reserves the right to reject any or all applications or cancel the recruitment process at any stage without assigning reasons.
8. No TA/DA: No travel or daily allowance will be provided for test/interview appearances.
9. Service Period: Selected candidates will be required to serve for a minimum of 18 months as part of departmental requirements.
